The Secrets of Great Critical Thinkers

One of the skills of great strategic thinkers is asking the right questions.  According to some experts, easy questions are oftentimes substituted for the hard ones as we draw imaginary connections between what we see and what we expect to see.  Ironically, the more experience you have, the harder it is to break from conventional mindsets. Leading companies, and people, often get stuck in old business models curtailing their own critical thinking skills.

To hone your skills and make sure you are not aimlessly wandering in the hamster wheel of the past, make sure to:
