MasterClass 2019 - Oct 25-28, 2019

MasterClass 2019

A Radical Decelerator for Female Professionals in Engineering, Science and Technology Industries.

MasterClass is a radical ‘decelerator’ for high-achieving, fast-moving professionals.

It’s for those who just don’t know how to say ‘no’. MasterClass is a pitstop, expertly curated so that you leave inspired, with more energy then when you arrived. At MasterClass you will add tools to your growing toolbox, eat well, have time for reflection, and enjoy opportunities for one-on-one coaching focusing on topics relevant to your individual growth and success.

Recognizing an unmet need in the industry, MasterClass 2019 was for the first time a women only event.

We invited female leaders to join us for 3 days of learning, growth and dialogue. Succeeding in a male-dominated industry comes with unique challenges. This event equipped attendees for the work ahead and strengthen the community of female leaders and up-and-comers.

The Program

In 2019 Geordie Aitken and Magda Dominik of Aitken Leadership Group hosted their third annual MasterClass, a retreat for seasoned leaders who need to slow down, retool, and see things differently.

MasterClass 2019 focused on how to:

  • Hone and use emotional self-mastery to get more of the results you want in life and work
  • Better integrate work and family into a successful and sustainable whole
  • Harness the power of social neuro-mechanics to communicate more effectively
