Aitken Leadership has taken personal growth and team learning into nature, with profound results. Using in-house facilitators, ALG is able to create a leadership program with outdoor challenge elements almost anywhere in North America.

We have expertise integrating whitewater rafting, high and low ropes courses, wilderness expeditions, and other outdoor activities into our programs.
