Leadership Programs

Aitken Leadership specializes in creating custom leadership development programs. Starting with assessment, of needs and opportunities, we build programs to help client organizations grow leadership capacity and create an effective, sustainable and profitable culture.

Leadership programs may be developed so as to recur annually, introducing a new 'class' to the tools and mental models of Personal Mastery each year.

ALG's programs are always responsive to the specific needs of the client. In general, programs feature one or more off-site group sessions, which introduce participants to the principles and practice of Personal Mastery. Topics covered may include the dynamics of relationships, accountability, having constructive conversations, building trust, and leading change.
