How early in a person’s career should leadership be intentionally developed? We have found that introducing the concepts of Personal Mastery to ‘early career professionals’ has a number of effects. Today’s young ‘stars’ are looking for development opportunities as an end in themselves, and ALG’s style of immersive learning experience satisfies this need.

Working with organizations where attracting and retaining talent are a crucial concern, we have developed leadership intensives and programs that can dramatically increase young employee’s sense of the ‘big picture’ in their firm and develop the communications and relationship skills necessary.

Our ‘early career professionals’ programs awaken the next generation to their potential and start refining that potential in the service of the company’s goals. Containing the core of our leadership curriculum and designed specifically for delivery to a younger cohort, our ‘ECP’ sessions can create an invested culture amongst the up and coming talent of any company.
