Coach's College

ALG's Coach's College is a practical immersion in the art of coaching. A tool and practice oriented session, Coach's College will teach your leaders how to coach in  360º – to reports, peers and supervisors.

Our methodology ensures that participants unlearn bad habits of low leverage 'problem-solving' coaching, and develop the confidence and technique to consistently coach for better results.

The Coach's College program format is scaleable and, at present, this is Aitken Leadership's only 'Train the Trainer'-style offering. We are pleased to offer it to organizations with prior investment in Personal Mastery or equivalent leadership development.
